Judge Zilly issued a Minute Order setting forth a proposed order to amend his Nov. 20, 2007, Order & Judgment (Docket No. 1273), to include a new provision concerning Supplemental Judgments. A copy of the Minute Order and proposed order may be read here.
The Court adopted the Supplemental Judgments provision by its order of July 2, 2010.
